Canadian Toy Testing Council

The Canadian Toy Testing Council, a non-profit, was dissolved in March due to a lack of funding.

This organization has been active since 1952 through a network of families in the Ottawa region who would take the toys home and judge them on design, durability, safety and playability.

It's unfortunate that a lack of funding has resulted in the dissolution of the organization; it was a neat model for independent testing to occur (by kids!).
