Standards Governance is one of two divisions within the Standards and International Relations branch at the Standards Council of Canada (SCC). The (SG)'s primary responsibility is to lead and support initiatives, programs and committees related to standards governance at the SCC. Its role is mainly policy oriented and complements the primarily technical role of the second division, called Standards Program (SP).
