Formed through a treaty between the governments of Australia and New Zealand, the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand (JAS-ANZ) is the accreditation body for the two countries. JAS-ANZ accredits other organizations to certify management systems, products and personnel. The organization has laid out no geographic boundaries where it is confined. Therefore, it makes its programs available to certification bodies around the world.
