Effective immediately, all laboratories must now refer to SCC Requirements and Guidance for the Accreditation of Testing and Calibration Laboratories Performing On-Site Testing and Calibrations and cease referring to CAN-P-1632 - Requirements for the Accreditation of Testing and Calibrations Laboratories Performing On-Site Testing and Calibrations - July 2010. The new document is available here:

This change affects accredited and applicant laboratories, as well as SCC assessors.
Background
This change was made as part of SCC’s overall QMS modernization project.
New requirements
The content of the requirements have not changed, only the formatting has been updated to be consistent with SCC’s approach for these documents. References have also been updated.
Deadline
This change is effective immediately. Customers are asked to update their documentation as soon as possible.
