The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has announced the launch of a new video:
ISO and SMES.
The video, emphasizing how international standards can help SMEs to be more competitive in global markets, is available in English and French. It highlights how SMEs comprise at least 90 per cent of companies in most economies and when they use ISO standards, it adds credibility and confidence in their products and services.
