We normally complete requests within three working days after the client agrees to the research quote. We will advise the client when we expect longer timelines, such as when SCC needs to rely on external sources for information (foreign standards bodies, competent authorities, etc.).

Pricing policy for custom research

• Research fees are estimated in accordance with the complexity of the research. A minimum fee of $100 applies. To request a price quotation for your research needs, contact us.
• We will provide prior to starting work an estimate outlining your research requirements, deliverables, timeframe for completion of request and an estimated cost.
• Payment: American Express, MasterCard, Visa or purchase order numbers (net 30 days).
